Tomorrow brings money and training for another project (which will, hopefully suck significantly less than the current one).
I used a sledgehammer today to erect a mailbox post (and to smash the previous mailbox). It was quite fun, but afterward I discovered that I'd overexercised the muscles in the underside of my right arm and I had difficulty gripping things (pens, for example) for several hours afterward.
I am informed that it was Sir Arthur C. Clarke, author of "2001: A Space Odyssey" who first remarked on advanced technology's indistiguishability from magic, as I quoted in my review of "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone".
