Just not a damn thing to say.
Drove P into the city for a job interview (which, apparently went fairly well). I then spent almost 50 minutes driving around downtown in a pattern that would be nigh-impossible to recreate before parking less than two blocks from where I needed to be.
One of the places I passed was the Chicago Theatre, which had an announcement on the marquee that almost made me weep: "NICK CAVE AND THE BAD SEEDS APRIL 26 7:30 PM". I gave very strong to consideration to seeing if I could get a ticket, sending P back out to the suburbs with the car, and getting picked up from the train later. I still wonder if I should have.
Instead, spent the night among friends playing games and watching "Training Day" for the third time in a month. Fun fun, and there was pizza.
OK, maybe I had a little more to say than I thought.
Today's Link Of The Day is Goodbye. It's a really great collection of celebrity obituaries-I particularly liked the Pauline Kael and Jeane Dixon ones. Go look, they're all fabulous. http://www.goodbyemag.com
