Not much today. Flung five lines two rhymes off into the ether and began to see response.

Saw "The Sum of All Fears", directed by Phil Alden Robinson. I liked it, and I thought it showed some brass to…well, not to spoil, but there's a terrorist event in a major U.S. city that is depicted fairly unblinkingly. If nothing else, the success of the film shows (to me) that we really are moving beyond The Events of September 11. Affleck and Freeman acquit themselves well, and it's a little funny to consider that that nice butler from "Gosford Park" who was too much of a coward to fight in World War I very nearly set off World War III (both characters ably portrayed by Alan Bates).

I should be in bed by now-I'm going to be up somewhere between "early" and "very early" every morning between now and at least Sunday. Yick.

Today's Link Of The Day is something's that's really, really, really creepy and disturbing. Not for the faint of heart. http://www.babyphotoretouch.com/
